Quinnipiac University is becoming the second university in the country and the first in the Northeast to offer a master’s program in sports journalism.

Greek Week also begins this week for all fraternities and sororities.

Co-Chair of the Big Event, Catherine Murray is live in the studio to discuss the Big Event. She mentions how this year, the university will see the most participants in the event’s history. Over 1,700 students, faculty, and staff will be spending time on Saturday in several communities around Quinnipiac.

In world news, Caitlyn Maio discusses how an earthquake rocked Chile, tensions are continuing to rise between Russia and Ukraine, and how still nothing has been officially found from Malaysian Flight 370.
