The following was discussed at the Student Programming Board general board meeting on Dec. 5, 2016.

Upcoming Events: 

1. “Night Of Relaxation” 

Includes:

• Massage chairs
• Eyebrow threading
• Body scrubs
• Facials

When: Saturday 12/10/16 @8pm

Where: Piazza

Coordinated through the Traditions and Community Committee

2. Washington D.C. Travel Trip

On February 25-26 SPB will be offering an overnight bus trip to Washington D.C. which will include visiting the National Mall and tickets to the National Museum of African American History and Culture.

• Open to all organizations and students who are interested
• Limited seats on this trip; first come first serve basis
• Must fill out a DoYouQU form on the Student Programming Board page
• Search Student Programming Board on https://qu.collegiatelink.net -> Forms tab -> Washington D.C. Interest Form
• Must make a $50 deposit by January 18, 2016
• Total cost will be between $75-$100 depending on a number of students
• Includes transportation, lodging, Saturday night dinner, and breakfast Sunday morning
• Remaining cost of the trip will be due by January 27
•  The form will go live Wednesday December 7  @9:15pm

Saturday February 25, 2017

• 7am
  • Depart campus headed for Washington D.C.
• 2pm
  • Arrive in Washington D.C.
  • Visit national mall
• 7pm
  • Meet for dinner
• 9pm
  • Arrive at hotel

Sunday February 26, 2017

• 9am
  • Breakfast
• 10am
  • Go to National Museum of African American History and Culture (Students are on their own once they enter the museum)
• 4pm
  • Load bus and depart back to Quinnipiac
• 11pm
  • Arrive back on campus
