Are you in search of delicious food in Walt Disney World, but don’t want to spend a ton of money? Don’t worry, I got you! Here are some of my favorite snacks around the parks and resorts that are $10 or under.
DOLE whip:
One of the most iconic Walt Disney World snacks can be found around all the parks and at some resorts. This treat is a light soft serve that comes in a variety of flavors, although pineapple is the most known and most popular. You also can have swirl flavors. My personal favorite is a pineapple-vanilla swirl. A couple of places you can find this treat are Aloha Isle in Magic Kingdom, Tamu Tamu Refreshments in Animal Kingdom and Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort. The price varies from $5.49 to $5.99 depending on where you purchase.
Spring rolls:
Found at the spring roll cart in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom, these delicious beauties come in different flavors depending on the month. Currently, the offerings include cheeseburger spring rolls, which come with a sauce similar to McDonald’s Big Mac sauce and pepperoni spring rolls, which come with a side of marinara sauce. One order comes with two spring rolls of your choosing, whether that be two of the same kind or one of each. These can be purchased for $9.50.
Gaston’s warm cinnamon roll:
You all have seen the gigantic Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Roll, but have you heard of the bigger and fluffier version? Gaston’s Tavern in Magic Kingdom sells a cinnamon roll almost as big as your head and is a shareable treat! Get this on your next trip for just $6.99. PRO TIP: Be sure to ask for extra icing to put on your roll when you get to the middle!
Mickey-shaped beignets:
The only place you’ll be able to find Mickey-shaped beignets in Walt Disney World is at Scat Cat’s Club – Cafe at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter. An order of three beignets is $7.79 and is served with your choice of one strawberry, caramel, or chocolate dipping sauce. If you want more dipping sauces, they can be purchased at an additional cost. You can also now find square-shaped beignets with powdered sugar and drizzled honey outside the new Tiana’s Bayou Adventure ride in the Magic Kingdom for $6.99.
Gideon’s bakehouse cookies:
Are you craving a half-pound cookie? Gideon’s Bakehouse has you covered with a variety of flavors! Located in Disney Springs, it offers choices from the original chocolate chip cookie to different flavors like the pistachio toffee chocolate chip cookie for only six dollars each! My personal favorite is cookies and cream, but beware! These cookies are rich and addictive!
Cold brew black caf:
I’m not a coffee person and I am not a fan of this item. But I know a lot of people that enjoy this item heavily. This is not just a normal coffee, it’s next level! This coffee is your basic Joffrey’s Coffee™ Cold Brew, but it is topped with sweet cream cheese cold foam and chocolate puffs much like Cocoa Puffs. The bitter taste of the cold brew with the sweet taste of the cold foam is a great combination. You can purchase this item for $5.79 at Kat Saka’s Kettle in Hollywood Studios.
