Students gathered in Echlin 101 for the Quinnipiac Film Society’s Quinnies. The red carpet event lasted an hour and included catered Chipotle, cotton candy, and popcorn. QFS members gave out free raffle tickets for big prizes like a flat screen TV and an iPad mini.
Comedic duo Kara Yennaco and Sommer Rusinski hosted the Quinnies. They entertained the crowd during the breaks. Becky Abbott, Phillip Cunningham, Frederick “Fritz” Staudmyer were judging the videos students submitted.
