For months people have all been speculating who “she” is. In April Bruce Jenner, 65, announced to the world he would be transitioning into a women. Jenner had actually started the transition back in the 1980s.
Once the transition was announced people wanted to know who she is, what she looks like, and how she is compared to Bruce. Little information was revealed to the public up until a special interview with Diane Sawyer. Through the whole interview Bruce would refer to her as “she” and this name stayed around for a while. As time went on people grew impatient and just wanted to know what her name is.
This past Monday the nation was in for some big news. Vanity Fair shocked the world and released Jenner’s new look and name – Caitlyn Jenner!
Last fall a two-part episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians showed that Jenner had revealed to her kids that this transitioning would be happing in the spring. Caitlyn has received nothing but support from her family.
Not only was I able to call him my husband for 25 years and father of my children, I am now able to call him my hero.
