Aaron C. Trump was named as general counsel at Quinnipiac University on Jan. 8, according to a press release from the university.
“Joining Quinnipiac is an exciting opportunity for me for both professional and personal reasons,” Trump said. “I admire the impact Quinnipiac University has had on its students and broader community, and I look forward to contributing to the impressive upward momentum the university has enjoyed in recent years.”
Trump’s new role includes providing legal advice to Quinnipiac University President Judy Olian, the Board of Trustees and the Quinnipiac community. Trump will begin his role on Jan. 28.
“Aaron [Trump] brings extensive legal and higher education experience to this critical role,” said University President Judy Olian. “His broad expertise in the law across higher education and in the private sector will be tremendous assets to the Quinnipiac community.”
