Quinnipiac’s Student Programming Board (SPB) has announced the headliner for the annual Wake the Giant concert. Fetty Wap will headline the concert, on Friday, April 22nd, at the TD Bank Sports Center. The award-winning artist is well known for his singles “Trap Queen,” “679” and “My Way.” Floor tickets will be $25 and seated tickets will cost $20. SPB has not yet announced when tickets will go on sale.
In a statement, Mainstage chair Alex LaMagna says, “We decided on the headliner based on the overwhelming response to the concert survey and what worked within our budget. With a lot of hard work, I think we found the perfect match. I think that the students will love the headliner and I cannot wait to share my excitement with the rest of the Quinnipiac community.”
Previous SPB concerts have been headlined by Jamie Lynn Spears, Jason Derulo, Love & Theft, and Ke$ha.
