On Tues., thousands of Quinnipiac students waited by their computers for the clock to strike 10 p.m. Tickets for the Yale vs. Quinnipiac men’s ice hockey game were up for grabs. The upcoming game has students turning to social media to express their feelings on the ticket process.
As the clicking and refreshing began, students yelled and screamed when receiving or not receiving a ticket to the big game.
Some students are using Facebook to sell their free student tickets. The Quinnipiac Alumni Association is even holding a photo contest and rewarding the biggest fan with 2 standing room tickets.
The game starts at 7 p.m. at the High Point Solutions Arena at the TD Bank Sports Center.
