Quinnipiac student arrested for burglary

Hamden Police arrested Quinnipiac sophomore, Dillon Rispoli, 19, of Briarcliff, New York this Sunday. Around 1:15 a.m. Hamden police responded to an activated burglar alarm at Biller, Sachs, Raio and Zito Law Offices on Whitney Avenue.

Officer John Glass arrived at the scene. In the Hamden Police Department news release, it says Glass saw a broken screen and window with a man walking through the basement. The man was identified as Dillon Rispoli.

Rispoli was a member of the suspended fraternity at Quinnipiac University, Sigma Phi Epsilon.

According to the Hamden Police Department, Rispoli has been charged with Burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the second degree. He is scheduled to appear in Meriden Superior Court on November 12 and was arrested at police headquarters on a $5,000 bond.
