Josh Silverman sat down with men’s soccer senior defender Tobias Esche to talk about the upcoming season.
As a junior last year, Esche recorded two assists for the Bobcats.
When asked about the team’s mentality coming into the season, the Senior Captain said,
“The expectations are rising, we come here to win the championship and the league. It hasn’t changed much but we want to elevate the program in the long run.”
Esche also touched upon the arrival of new goalie Triston Henry and how well the team’s been working together.
“We’ve been fortunate enough to have Triston here since the spring…he’s communicating with the team, everyone likes him, he’s a guy people like.”
