This week on Sports Paws, Joe LoGrippo and Chris Longchamp joined the desk. The two started off the show by recapping an exciting Women’s Ice Hockey ECAC tournament, as well as recapping the Men’s Ice Hockey’s regular season finale. Next, Joe and Chris previewed both the Men and Women’s Basketball MAAC Championship tournaments, taking place in Atlantic City this week.

After the break, Joe and Chris discussed Men and Woman’s Lacrosse and looked at how they fared in their season openers last weekend. The Field Hockey team also started out their season this past weekend, Joe and Chris talk about that game and then welcome in Women’s Soccer beat reporter Shannen Tierney to preview their season which begins March 9th.

To finish off the show, Joe and Chris discussed the Men and Women’s MAAC Cross Country Championships and looked at some early preseason awards handed out to the Baseball team. As always, the two finished off the show with a look at the Top 5 plays of the week and previewed what this week’s schedule will look like in Quinnipiac Athletics.
