The final edition of Sports Paws was hosted by Ethan Logue and Ryan Coope.

The Quinnipiac Men’s Lacrosse Team played the Marist Red Foxes this week and one of the Bobcats was highlighted by earning MAAC Rookie of the Week honors. Dylan Donnery was recognized as the Rookie of the Week for his performance in the game against Marist. Then, Ethan and Ryan were joined by Jon Surratt who recapped the season for the team seeing as the team has withdrawn from the rest of the season and the MAAC Championship.

Ethan and Ryan then moved to Softball as the softball team played Canisius this week for two doubleheaders. Then, the two were joined by Aiden Barrett who remarked on the Bobcat’s chances for making the playoffs as well as how the weekend went for them.

Then, the two went on to women’s lacrosse as the team played Niagara this weekend and updated the MAAC standings.

Ethan and Ryan wrapped up the show with some awards from some of the fall sports playing in the spring. Men’s soccer goalie Jared Mazzola was awarded goalkeeper of the year, Jess Halley was recognized as an all Big East team for field hockey, and the women’s golf team took home the MAAC Championship. The two wrapped up the show with Top 5 plays and their closing remarks about hosting the show that they had produced all year.
