Spring weather and sports are continuing to get hotter on this week’s episode of “Sports Paws.” Anchors Tom Albanese and Morey Hershgordon provide all updates of Quinnipiac athletics.
History was made on the softball team as Hannah Lindsley threw the first no-hitter in the program’s Division I history (since 1998). The Bobcats continued it’s season at home against Fairfield and the University of Connecticut.
On the turf field, the women’s lacrosse team faced a powerful offense in Canisius over the weekend and the game ended with many goals scored. Arthur Bailin has his keys to the game and breaks down how Quinnipiac faired.
The men’s lacrosse team was also in action on the road against Stony Brook.
The tennis teams spent more time on campus with a few matches to help them climb higher in the MAAC standings.
