The Quinnipiac women’s basketball team easily handled Monmouth Friday, defeating the Hawks 83-44. The Bobcats move on to the semifinals where they will play either Fairfield or Rider on Sunday.
Quinnipiac played Monmouth to finish up the regular season and that helped with the game preparation. Also, every player that saw playing time got onto the scorecard. After the game, head coach Tricia Fabbri said that her and this team take the season week by week.
