Beckett is entering his third year covering the men's soccer team at Quinnipiac and the second year beat reporting the team. Calkins also reports on the men's basketball and baseball teams on campus. He is a journalism major from Northampton, Massachusetts and will graduate in 2025. Over the summer Calkins interned for the Westfield Starfires, a summer collegiate baseball team in the Futures League.
