“Fallen Angels”: An Interview with Director Rory Pelsue

Krista Birong

Quinnipiac’s mainstage theater production “Fallen Angels,” was performed in October for the QU community. Krista Birong and Isabella Foley interviewed the Director and Theatre Professor Rory Pelsue about his take on the piece and the importance of its modern impact.

Pelsue discusses why he chose this play for students specifically and how the themes of gender challenge audience members to reflect on their lives and the world as a whole. He speaks on the message he hopes audiences take away and why the set design was completely pink. Take a look at the interview above for details on “Fallen Angels” and Pelsue’s direction on the piece.
