Executive Producer of “CBS This Morning” Chris Licht visited Quinnipiac University on Thursday. Licht was brought in to talk to Quinnipiac students and faculty at the request of Dean of the School of Communications Lee Kamlet.
“I said sure why not,” Licht commented, “I gave a few comments and took questions for about an hour. It was really fun.”
Students and faculty had the opportunity to ask questions ranging from Licht’s experiences to the state of morning news.
When asked about his views of TV news, Licht said to Q30 Television’s Anna Lubas, “I think TV news will not be delivered on TV. But the same tenants of journalism and covering the news and covering stories will remain. It just will be delivered in a different way.”
