With the polar vortex long gone, the cold temperatures and snow will continue to hit the Connecticut area.
For the following week, expect it to mostly be partly cloudy with temperatures in the mid-20s to low-30s, with lows ranging from 15-20 degrees. Snow is expected to hit Hamden around Sunday and Wednesday.
The Sunday snowstorm, once predicted to leave a few feet, will only bring a few inches mixed with rain. The storm moved down south, and winds will not be as harsh.
