The Quinnipiac women’s volleyball team fell to Iona in the first round of the MAAC playoffs on Friday, ending its 2017 campaign.
Despite losing the first two sets, Quinnipiac worked itself back into contention and forced a decisive fifth set. The Bobcats had all the momentum, but couldn’t carry that through the final set as the Gaels prevailed.
