Bobcat Breakdown 10/31/2023: Nina Klein era in Hamden, Future for Quinnipiac Soccer, and Trick or Treat

This week Olivia Gruber makes her Q30 debut and is joined at the desk alongside Brianna Trachtenberg and Andrew Reynolds. The show kicks off with a debate on both ice hockey team’s performances, followed up by what the future holds for men’s soccer and a QBSN preview of this week’s MAAC Playoffs for the women’s soccer team.
After the break, Gruber will guide the two through a new segment called, “Trick or Treat.” Each analyst will take a random piece of paper with a statement from a Q30 Sports beat reporter, and debate whether the sentence was a trick or not.
Coming out of the second commercial break of the evening, QBSN will highlight the field hockey team’s season, with the two following it up with a discussion on how successful Nina Klein’s first season was. Reynolds and Trachtenburg will debate one last time over how important it is for the volleyball team to clinch the first seed in the MAAC Tournament, followed by Final Roars after the final commercial break of the evening.
