Francine Jacque of the women’s indoor track team is not only an exceptional athlete, but is also a survivor. Francine and her family survived the catastrophic earthquake in Haiti in 2010. Jacque was forced to leave her home in Port-au-Prince and her mother behind to travel to the United States for a fresh start. Hannah Cotter got the opportunity to sit down with Francine to discuss her remarkable, inspiring story.
