On this week’s special Halloween edition of Sports Paws, Ethan Logue and Clever Streich took the desk. The show kicked off with highlights from Men’s Ice Hockey’s two-game series against North Dakota, and the updated USCHO polls placing Quinnipiac at No. 5 overall. Then, they recapped Men’s Soccer home win against Niagara before welcoming beat reporter Roberto Casillas to breakdown the big MAAC win. After that, Ethan and Clever took a look at the Women’s Soccer games against Iona and Rider, then broke down the updated women’s soccer MAAC standings.

After the break, the two ran through the biggest plays from Field Hockey’s first Big East win at home against Villanova. Then, they switched from the field to the court to break down Men’s Basketball two preseason awards. Women’s Basketball also received the top spot in preseason rankings, with three returners earning preseason recognition. Ethan and Clever then welcomed men’s basketball beat reporter Jack Main live in studio for a spooky breakdown on the top three scariest teams in the MAAC.

To finish off the night, they took a look at Rugby’s dominant win over Northeastern and updated NIRA standings before diving into this week’s Top 5 Scary Good Plays, a show staple that featured a special holiday twist. The show ended with a weekend preview of some of Quinnipiac’s upcoming games, like Field Hockey against Providence and Women’s Ice Hockey against Brown.
