The Quinnipiac women’s basketball team disposed of Niagara Friday afternoon 74-51 in the quarterfinals of the MAAC Tournament.
Sarah Shewan tallied a career-high 24 points and Paula Strautmane had 18 points to help spearhead the Bobcats to the win. Their defense was also instrumental against Purple Eagles’ forward Sam Lapszynski.
