The regular seasons for winter sports are winding down and the spring sports are starting up on this week’s episode of “Sports Paws.”

Sam Prevot and Dylan Fearon anchor all of this week’s coverage.

Quinnipiac students were getting ready to attend the annual Quinnipiac-Yale men’s ice hockey game. Shanna McCarriston takes a look at how both Quinnipiac and Yale fans feel of this rivalry. Mark Spillane analyzes the end result of this game.

After it’s game against Yale, Rand Pecknold’s squad faced off against Brown on Saturday.

The men’s basketball team faced Rider on the road and Canisius at home, looking to move closer to a first-round bye, but will they get it?

The women’s basketball team looked to continue it’s season-high winning streak against St. Peter’s and Iona.

The women’s ice hockey team finished it’s regular season against Yale and Brown, and they would receive the number-three seed in the ECAC Tournament. Mark Spillane sat down with goaltender, Chelsea Laden to get her outlook of this season.

Spring sports are also underway, including the women’s track and field, women’s lacrosse and men’s lacrosse teams.

Plus, the anchors give the top five plays from the past week of action.
