Each of the four winter sports teams continued it’s seasons over the past week, which have sparked major playoff implications.

The show begins with a conversation from the “Hot Hoops” podcast between Q30’s Jon Alba and senior Samantha Guastella of the women’s basketball team. Alba also hosts the first edition of “The Goldie” awards in recognition of the Grammys that took place on Sunday.
Both the men’s and women’s basketball teams continue their seasons with big conference games.
As for the teams on the ice, both ice hockey teams played two games against the Big Red of Cornell and the Raiders of Colgate with the women playing their final two games at home while the men were in action on the road.
The acrobatics and tumbling, softball, and both tennis teams also begin winter play.
