The Student Government Association voting for the 2016 – 2017 school year closed at 8:00 p.m. After tallying the results, the winners were announced around 8:45 p.m.
The results are:
SGA President: Joseph Mullaney
SGA Vice-President: Alec Turner
Student Experience: Ali Munshi
Vice-President for Finance: George Corde
Vice-President for Public Relations: Ryan Lynch
Kathryn Pereira will be the senior class President with Travis McMurry as Vice-President. Chris Desilets, Tyler Walsh, Jackie Cohen will be the senior class representatives.
Tatyana Youssef will be the junior class President with Austin Solimine as Vice-President. Mike Murano, Thierno Diallo, Ian Zeitlin, Travis Dunham, Velvet Chestnut, Teresa McCann will be the junior class representatives.
Ryan Hicks will be the sophomore class president with Victoria Johnson as Vice-President. Bailey Hersh, John Khillah, Jacqueline Schmedel, Allison Kuhn, Rebecca Hassel, Joe Iasso, Cara Straus, Jack Onofrio will be the sophomore class representatives.
Joseph Mullaney beat Chris Desilets by a total of 113 votes. Mullaney receiving 1,282 and Desilets receiving 1,169.
